Once the purchase has been made, the order will be dispatched within 24 hours on business days , that is, if you buy on Monday, the order may be dispatched on Tuesday or at the latest on Wednesday. If you buy on a Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday, as long as it is not a holiday.

RETURNS:

In cases involving a refund, this will be done using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
The time it takes for this refund to be made depends on your financial institution, generally, it can take between 10 and 15 business days from the date of purchase cancellation.

REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS BY TRANSFER:

Once the refund commitment has been validated and agreed upon, a period of up to 5 business days is estimated from the receipt of the returned product. The refund of the purchase amount will be made to the same account from which the payment was made.

IMPORTANT:

If we mistakenly publish a product at a ridiculous price and the customer purchases the product, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded and the sale cancelled. The customer accepts this at all times since the price is due to an error and not an offer.

In the event that Petslife ® does not have a cancelled product in stock, Petslife ® is obliged to contact the customer for a prompt solution.
