Below are conditions of utmost importance for the experience and service to work in the best way.
- We offer a full grooming service, which means: bathing, haircut, ear cleaning and nail trimming.
- Prices are set based on the size or weight of the dog.
- Cats' values vary depending on their behavior.
- Sanitary baths (anti-flea shampoo) have an additional cost to the service
For example, short-haired dogs or cats do not require a haircut, therefore only the corresponding bath, nail trimming and ear cleaning are performed, therefore, this service has a different value from the service that does require a cut.
- Variations in prices: at the time of making the request for grooming services, the final prices of the service may increase for the following reasons: weight (kg) of the pet and its condition .
For example, when making a reservation, the customer must indicate the size and weight of the dog (does not apply to cats), but it is possible that this information may vary, which is why the store classifies the dog based on the parameters described above (size and weight) and provides the final price.
